"Shipping felt unfairly slow"
The dress itself was fine, but the shipping took way longer than they promised. I don’t mind waiting if I’m given an honest timeline, but it feels only fair for a company to be upfront about when something will actually arrive.

"I was excited for this outfit, but..."
I was excited for this outfit, but when it showed up it just didn’t hit the same as it did online. The fit was fine-ish, not awful, but the overall shape felt kinda outdated on me. The fabric also looked a little cheaper than I expected, and the colors weren’t quite like the photos either. It’s not terrible or anything, I just don’t feel like it was really worth the price

"Felt rushed and really let down by the packaging"
I was already in a hurry when my order showed up, and opening it just made things more frustrating. The box was super thin and looked half crushed, and the clothes inside were all messy and wrinkled. For what I paid, I expected the packaging to be a lot better. Not a great first impression at all.

I’ve been really happy with this suit. It fits easily without feeling tight, and the fabric stays soft all day with no rubbing or irritation. If you’re looking for something comfortable enough to wear for hours, I’d definitely say this is a good one to try.

"Got help way faster than I expected"
I wasn’t totally sure I’d picked the right size for my order, so I reached out to customer service kind of last minute. They got back to me quickly and helped fix the detail before it went into production. huge relief. I thought it was going to turn into a whole annoying thing, NOPE, super easy. Really appreciated how simple they made it, and I’d definitely order again.

"I knew the dress might need a..."
I knew the dress might need a little tweaking, so I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect right away. But once I started the alteration process, it ended up being way more of a hassle than I thought it would be.
I had to repeat the same fit problems a few times, and the replies were slower and less helpful than I expected. I figured getting it adjusted would be straightforward, but it felt like I was stuck in another whole process.
By the end, I still didn’t feel comfortable or confident wearing it. For the price, I expected a smoother experience and a better result

"Warning: This tailoring might actually impress you"
Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about ordering a suit online: I was nervous about it, but this turned out way better than I expected. The jacket sits cleanly on my shoulders, which is usually where suits go wrong for me.

The stitching is neat, the lining feels solid, and the pants came out the right length without that awkward bunching over the shoes. It actually looks like someone took the measurements seriously instead of just guessing.

So yeah, consider this a friendly warning: if you order from here, you might end up genuinely surprised by how well it fits. I didn’t expect to be this happy with an online tailoring job, but here we are

"Return took a little while, but got my refund"
Had to send my order back because the fit just wasn’t right. Process was easy to follow, just took a few days longer than I thought it would. Support did get back to me, and the refund came through without any issues. Not perfect, but fair enough.

"Super easy measuring, great fit"
I was nervous about measuring myself, but the guide made it really, really easy. The pictures helped a lot, and it only took me about 15 minutes. The dress ended up fitting better than I expected, so yep, I’d definitely use them again.

"The remake policy didn’t sit right with me"
I looked over the remake policy before placing an order, it made me hesitate. From my perspective, there are too many restrictions, and it kind of feels like the customer ends up taking on most of the risk if the fit isn’t right. I’m sure it might work for some people, but for me personally, it didn’t feel worth the potential stress

Ordering it was simple, no issues there, but once it finally showed up the fit just wasnt great. For the price I expected it to be better. Customer service did get back to me, but it was kinda slow. Maybe I just got unlucky, but overall I’m not super happy with it.

I liked being able to choose the fabric, fit, buttons, and all the little details. It took me a while to decide because there were so many options, which is a nice problem to have, I guess. In the end, my blazer showed up pretty much exactly how I wanted it...

I ordered from Sumissura twice and used the exact same measurements both times, but the shirts did not fit the same. The first one was fine, but the second was tight in the shoulders and weirdly loose in other spots. For custom sizing, I really expected it to be more consistent. Not the worst experience ever, but come on now, that is frustrating...

I ordered a blazer from sumissura the fit was good. No weird pulling or awkward shoulders, which is always a small miracle with online tailoring. It looked nice for work and was comfortable enough at first, so I was feeling pleased with myself.

Then a few months in, the fabric started looking a little tired and one seam decided it was done participating. Nothing completely disastrous, but for the price, I guess I had the wild expectation that it would hold up a bit longer. Silly me.

“Based on my experience, I think they just have different premade sizes and send you the "best fit" one. I had two jackets sent. The first washing all wrong and was for a much, much larger person with very short arms. When I complained and resent my measurements, the replacement jacket was a shapeless, straight sack. Neither was anywhere close to my measurements.”

“That was my experience. I ordered a blazer and it was the wrong shape and size. They told me to have it tailored. I sent them pictures and showed them it did not match my measurements, nor the upgraded material I paid for, and they just repeatedly said because their website said to take it to the tailor that meant I agreed to have it tailored. I did not want to pay to have my custom blazer customized. I provided pictures to my credit company and got my money back. I suspect this happens a lot too because they put up a fight. It feels like fraud to me. I dont think they tried to customize the blazer.”
